DOGGIE SLUMBER PARTY!
First time at Demi's Dog House? After
to read our policies.
Dog boarding at Demi's works much like a slumber party. The dogs remain in their play group with their furry friends and get to choose from several different dog beds and/or blankets to sleep on. One of our pet pals spends the night with the boarding pups so there is someone on site 24/7. The dogs are not kenneled or crated during sleepovers (unless specifically requested by a pet parent). Some lucky dogs may even get to snuggle with a pet pal while getting some shut eye overnight! Note that dogs who are boarding with us also do daycare during the day. Both daycare and boarding charges apply.
Regular weekday daycare/boarding check in is anytime between 7am-10am, or 9am-12pm on weekends and certain holidays. Check out times are anytime between 7am-10am on regular weekdays or between 9am-12pm on weekends and holidays. If a pup stays past these times on the day of check out, a daycare fee will apply for that day.
If there happens to be a very small number of pups sleeping over, the slumber party may take place at the home of DDH's owner, Nicole. Her house is located just 2.7 miles from the daycare in Montrose. In this instance, the pups would be transported at the end of the day and then back to the daycare the next morning. (When male pups stay at Demi’s “real” house, they may wear belly bands to prevent marking accidents inside the house. We find this can be a common occurrence even when they do not usually mark inside of their own home.)
WHAT TO BRING
Please bring your pup’s regular food in a container or baggie, with their name written on it and instructions on how much and how many times to feed them each day. During holiday periods, individual meal baggies or containers are required per meal for sleepovers due to the larger number of dogs we are feeding.
