About Demi's Dog House
At Demi's, located between Montrose and Midtown, pups become part of our family and are treated like our own! We are a boutique facility that offers personalized service to both our clients and their pups. We are dedicated to providing a fun and safe environment for pups both large and small. Our indoor and outdoor play areas provide for ample socialization and exercise during daycare and allow for plenty of rest during supervised, cage-free sleepovers. We also offer professional grooming services in a unique setting which encourages a stress free experience.
About Demi and Me
My little but mighty 5 lb Yorkshire Terrier, Demi (2003-2018), is the namesake and the inspiration for Demi's Dog House (DDH). After I completed graduate school and spent more than a decade working in Human Resources Management for the oil and gas industry, I decided to pursue my true passion for animals and ventured into the dog daycare/boarding/grooming industry. DDH became a reality in Jan '09 and in January 2019 we were happy to be celebrate our 10 year anniversary!
After Demi's was established, I was lucky enough to be adopted by three more pups over the years, Pumkin, Quila and then Queso. While Demi stayed busy running the front desk and greeting two and four legged clients at the door, Pumkin works hard as Head Barker, Quila as Tug-of-War Trainer and Queso as Fetch Master. All of my fur babies take their jobs pretty seriously.
In addition to being Houston's first Certified Professional Animal Care Operator through PACCC, I am an active member of the International Pet Boarding and Services Association. I actively pursue continuing education and training in order to stay current on pet industry's standards and best practices and bring that education and training to the staff members of DDH.
I love animals and am grateful for each day I get to spend with them at Demi's. I'm truly honored to take care of your pups!

I think Izzy really loved her time at Demi's and her haircut looks great! I am excited about bringing her more often, she needs to be socialized and I love that the dogs are supervised during their time there. The staff is very friendly, giving me great peace of mind while she is in your care. They are also very efficient considering everything they have going on at once. Great first day!

Great place, I take my dog there for grooming, daycare and boarding; he's always happy to go back there ( doggies don't lie)
Great costumer service, and very friendly staff!
Grooming: you need to make sure you make your appointment ahead of time, as they get booked up really fast. Once you have your appointment, you get a text reminder the day before. They also have a waiting list and they do call you if they have a cancellation.
Daycare: clean and fun facilities, you can go to their website and click to see the pups playing
I only wish they also had grooming appointments on Saturdays, as I live a bit far, and it would be nice to drive there without traffic.

I have been taking my dog here for six years and cannot say enough good things about them. They really seem to want to get to know the dogs and do what's best for them. For example, they tell me my dog goes first during snack time because he is very food driven and has a fit if other dogs eat ahead of him. That level of service and willingness to go the extra mile is why I keep going back.
I am so, so, so happy to have found Demi’s. Thank you so much for taking care such great care of my pup! I can’t be home all the time (somebody needs to go to work so we can buy kibble, you know?) and it makes me feel so much better knowing how cared for she is while she’s there.

We absolutely love Demi’s! Our dog has gone a few days a week since she was a puppy and she is SO happy when she is there. The staff seems to love her, too, which is so wonderful. We feel so fortunate to have a safe and fun place for our dog to go. Also, she loves the pools!
